Velocissimi e semplicissimi, questi Biscotti alla Marmellata sono adatti per le vostre colazioni e merende..
Genuini, da accompagnare con la marmellata che più preferite.. Procedimento Classico e Procedimento Bimby.
Ingredienti:
300 grammi di farina
80 grammi di burro morbido
130 grammi di zucchero
2 uova
scorza di limone grattuggiata
un cucchiaino di lievo per dolci
un pizzico di sale
marmellata a vostro piacere
Procedimento Classico:
Impastiamo la frolla nel modo classico.. Mettiamo quindi in una ciotola al farina, pratichiamo una piccola incavatura e inseriamo gli altri ingredienti.. Impastiamo per bene sino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Formiamo quindi una palla, ricopriamola con pellicola e facciamola riposare in frigo per almeno un'ora (se avete fretta potete invece metterla nel freezer per un paio di minuti).
Prendiamo quindi l'impasto e formiamo delle piccole palline di 20 grammi ciascuna circa e mettiamo su una teglia ricopera da carta forno, non troppo vicine tra di loro perche durante la cottura tendono ad allagarsi. Dobbiamo adesso praticare una sorte di foro per inserire la marmellata. Potete semplicemente farlo con un dito, che vi consiglio però di ricoprire con della pellicola. Io per esempio ho usato la parte posteriore di un coltello, ovviamente sempre ricoperta di pellicola. Adesso aggiungiamo la marmellata del gusto che preferiamo nel foro (abbondiamo che nella cottura tende ad asciugarsi).
Inforniamo in forno caldo a 180 gradi per circa 10 minuti. Usciamoli dal forno quando iniziano a dorarsi, o se li preferite morbidi giusto un minutino primo.
Fidatevi sono buonissimi, e se tenuti in una ciotola ermetica si mantengono morbidi per un bel pò di giorni ;)
Procedimento Bimby:
Inseriamo nel boccale lo zucchero e la scorza di limone, mandiamo quindi a velocità 6 per 40 secondi, al fine di polverizzarlo. Inseriamo quindi gli altri ingredienti e mandiamo prima a velocità 4 per 1 minuto, successivamente a velocità spiga per 2 minuti. Facciamo anche in questo caso riposare in frigo per almeno un'ora, e procediamo a realizzare i biscotti come prima spiegato :)
