Baci Perugina Fai da te!
Baci al Cioccolato fatti in casa come quelli della Perugina!
Si preparano molto facilmente e sono una vera e propria delizia!
Procedimento Classico e Procedimento con Bimby ;)
Ingredienti per circa 6 persone:
200 grammi di cioccolato fondente
50 grammi di cioccolato al latte
200 grammi di nocciole, più altre per la guarnizione
80 grammi di burro
20 grammi di cacao dolce
20 grammi di nutella
4 cucchiai di panna
Procedimento:
Iniziamo con il tritate in un mixer le nocciole abbastanza finemente e mettiamolo da parte.
Tritiamo ora il cioccolato fondente e a latte, prendiamo un pentolino e mettiamo il cioccolato tritato, il burro ammorbidito, il cacao, la panna e la nutella. Cuociamo il tutto a fuoco moderato per circa 5 minuti mescolando il tutto in continuazione sino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Trascorsi i 5 minuti chiudiamo il gas e uniamo al composto le nocciole precedentemente tritate.
Prendiamo ora delle pirottine piccoline, a questo punto possiamo procedere in due modi:
- mettiamo in ciascuna una parte di composto, una nocciola, e ricopriamo con un altro pò di compasto
- mettiamo il composto sino a ricoprire i tre quarti della pirottina e poi adagiamo sopra la nocciola
Adesso mettiamo i nostri baci in freezer e lasciamoli raffreddare per un paio di ore.
Se avete scelto ll secondo procedimento, per un fattore estetico, vi consiglio di sciogliere del cioccolato fondente a bagno maria e ricoprirli con cioccolato fuso. Se invece avete scelto il primo procedimento (come faccio sempre io :D), potete anche saltare questo passaggio, anche perchè sono già molto cioccolatosi di suo!
PROCEDIMENTO BIMBY:
Iniziamo con il tritare le nocciole versatele nel bimby e mandate a velocità 6 per 10-15 secondi, poi mettetele da parte. Pulite per bene il boccale e poi tritate sia il cioccolato al latte che quello fondente mandando a velocità 8 per 15 secondi. Unite a questo punto il burro ammorbidito, il cacao, la panna e la nutella e fate cuocere per circa 5 minuti a 50° a velocità 3. Una volta fatto unite a questo composto le nocciole tritate all'inizio e amalgamate insieme per 1 minuto a velocità 1. A questo punto procedete come sopra :)
Sono dei cioccolatini moooooolto buoni e piacciono veramente a tutti :D
